Covers4CarLovers is an Australian e-commerce brand specialising in custom-fit covers for cars and bikes — across indoor fleece, non-fleece, outdoor, and bike ranges. When they came to us, they had a genuinely strong product but almost no digital presence to sell it with.
The brand was effectively starting from zero. There was no SEO foundation, no Google Ads, no Facebook or Instagram advertising, and no TikTok presence. The website was underbuilt and converting poorly, and sales were barely moving. As a new business in a competitive Australian automotive market, Covers4CarLovers didn't need one channel switched on — they needed a complete, ground-up growth engine.
We started with the foundation, tightening the website experience and fixing the conversion leaks that were quietly costing sales before a single dollar of ad spend.
We then launched paid social from scratch on Meta, structuring campaigns by product range so we could clearly see which covers were actually driving profit. The indoor fleece and non-fleece ranges emerged as the strongest performers, so we concentrated budget behind the winners instead of spreading spend thin.
To protect performance as we scaled, we introduced structured creative testing — multiple angles per audience rather than a single tired ad — and built out the retargeting funnel that simply didn't exist before, bringing warm shoppers and cart abandoners back to the site. With a profitable core in place, we laid the groundwork to expand into Google Ads and TikTok.
A brand that was barely making sales grew its revenue by over 200% once the full-funnel system came online. The account reached a blended ROAS of around 5.6x, with the top indoor fleece and non-fleece ranges hitting roughly 8x. Instagram became a standout channel, outperforming Facebook on return even while running on less budget. With a proven, profitable engine behind them, Covers4CarLovers is now confidently expanding across new channels and product lines.
